So I went to a PA bench, and I do not know how to make or mod that armor. Same here. i lost my union helmet somehow and went to make another one, but the ability to do so has disappeared. Just found out this was a problem that had been fixed in a patch last October, but has now returned. Yikes-Double Yikes.
