NHS is not a scam and you have to actually work to stay in, but National Society of High School Scholars is worthless. Like what takobowl said they send that to everybody.

However, you probably could put it on your CV and so it might be a good investment for your future. It’s up to you mostly, but I think that if you can afford the $75 then definitely do it.
