I have a set that used to be on my truck, they are the same height as stock 265/75R16. It is true a 285/75R16 is equivelent to a 33, but not a 285/60R18. IMO the best plan for you is to run a 305/60R18 (32.5") or a 325/65R18 (34.8") with a crank and 2" block.
