Posted January 31, 2023. I am currently on H1b and am considering applying for H4 COS and EAD. 1. How to ensure no employment gap occurs since I am not allowed to work on H4 visa until I receive EAD? Is there a way to get both H4 COS and EAD to be approved at the same time. Please note we will not be filing for any change to spouse's H1b.
