I've been playing the "getfixedboi" seed for a while now and it seems like lava doesn't damage the enemy. I tested it a few times and the enemy does get the "burn" effect from the lava but they didn't take any damage. There isn't a set location. Special seeds are always randomized -- it's not like a normal world where it'll be the same if you use the same seed. Check chests in the Mushroom layer and Fake Surface, the Skeleton Merchant sometimes sells it, and if all else fails, go fishing. 4.
